Volunteer Opportunities

Description

Ways to Engage

Time Commitment

Inspire students by leading a fun, 1 hour science presentation in local elementary classrooms, through our Bay Area Scientists Inspiring Students (BASIS) science and engineering volunteer role model program. We provide training, lesson materials, and arrange all logistics to fit within your schedule. Work with a partner or a whole team, and make anywhere from 2-10 class visits per school year to East Bay classrooms. (in-person is preferred; virtual visits can also be arranged)
